Is there a way to stop sending out emails to students where visits have been terminated or auto-terminated?

In your Utilities & Prefs > System Prefs Tab, enter “mail” in the search field. The preference you are looking for will be called  “Mail Settings”.

Here you can choose whether or not to send emails for terminated visits. You can also modify the message being sent out. If you would like to stop sending emails, simply change the “send emails for terminated visits?” from yes to no.
