What is the difference between “Attendance by Hour by Day of Week” and “Logins by Hour by Day of Week”?

The “Attendance by Hour by Day of Week” report shows the Students currently in your center at a given hour. So if a student logs in for a 2 hour visit from 9am to 11am, he/she will be counted twice (once for each hour).  This report simply takes a headcount of the Total number of students logged in to your center: so on Wednesday at 9:00 am, there were a total of 170 total students currently in your Center and at 10:00 am that total was 152.

The “Logins by Hour by Day of Week” shows the total number of Logins at the Center or Centers you’ve chosen.  Referring back to the example in the previous paragraph of the student with a 2 hour visit – this student only logged on once at 9:00 am. So his/her number will only be counted at 9:00 because he/she only logged on once (for a 2 hour visit).  This is most likely the main reason why the “Logins by hour” report shows significantly less visiting students than the “Attendance by hour report”.
